Include your flight number, arrival date and exact hotel or apartment address. Before travel, we agree the time, meeting point and how to contact your driver. If your flight schedule changes, contact us to reconfirm collection. Waiting arrangements are agreed individually.
Return transfer to Gdansk Airport GDN
You can enquire about both journeys together. For your return, provide the pick-up address, date and flight departure time. We agree a collection time around the route and your check-in plans; your flight departure time is not your pick-up time.

Family airport transfers with baby seats, child seats and booster seats on request, including private travel for groups of 5, 6 or 7 people. Include each child's age and height, the seats needed, and the number and size of suitcases and pushchairs. Children and infants count toward the seven-passenger limit; equipment and luggage capacity are confirmed before travel.

Can I book a return airport transfer from Sopot or Gdynia?
Yes. We arrange transfers both from Gdansk Airport and back to the airport from Gdansk, Sopot, Gdynia and surrounding areas, subject to advance confirmation.
